Adding the wine with the eggs and olive oil. What a nice surprise to find out that it&#39;s actually much easier than fussing around with fresh pasta. I wonder if you might have liked it more had the pasta been paired with a more robust sauce...something that complemented the wine flavored linguini, but took the focus away from it a bit.<br /><br />Anyway, I found you on TasteSpotting and am writing to say that if you have any photos that aren’t accepted there, I’d love to publish them.
