LOVE. TOMATOES. I always get so excited when it comes time to plant them in my garden...there really is nothing better than walking out to my backyard and picking a fresh garden tomato! My son doesn&#39;t like then. My husband has lovingly nurtured our tomato plants, so I treat them like gold. Your recipe looks so easy, that I an easily add this as a quick meal.
